1. Our Role

AD GLOBAL acts as a freight forwarder and logistics coordinator. Shipments are handled in accordance with applicable international carriage conventions (including Hague-Visby Rules, Warsaw/Montreal Conventions, and CMR rules), standard bill of lading terms, and local port and customs regulations.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all cargo descriptions, weights, values, and classifications you provide, and for compliance with applicable export/import licensing and hazardous goods declarations.

3. Quotations

Quotes provided via this website or by our representatives are estimates based on prevailing carrier tariffs, surcharges, and currency rates, and are subject to space availability and confirmation at time of booking.

4. Liability

Our liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the statutory limits set by the applicable international carriage conventions referenced above, unless additional cargo insurance has been arranged in writing before dispatch.
