AD GLOBAL acts as a freight forwarder and logistics coordinator. All cargo shipments are subject to applicable international conventions (e.g., Hague-Visby Rules, Warsaw/Montreal Conventions for air freight, CMR rules for road transport), standard bill of lading conditions, and local port regulations.
The customer warrants that all cargo descriptions, dimensions, weights, values, and commodity classifications provided to AD GLOBAL are complete and accurate. The customer is solely responsible for compliance with export/import licensing laws, hazardous goods declarations, and customs duties.
All freight rate quotes provided through this website or directly by AD GLOBAL representatives are estimates based on current carrier tariffs, fuel surcharges, and currency rates. Quotations are subject to space availability and confirmation at the time of final booking.
AD GLOBAL's liability for loss, damage, or delay to cargo during transit is limited to standard statutory limitations governed by applicable international carriage of goods conventions, unless additional cargo insurance cover is requested in writing prior to shipment dispatch.
